  • A report on the Brown v. Broad of Education case

Brown v. Board of Education declares the unconstitutional racial segregation in the public schools. First of all the racial segregation, it is the fact of making a separation between the colored persons and the white people. She practices on various actions as fact of going to the school or to the restaurant. We are going to concentrate on that of Brown v. Education Broad of.

It is in the 1950s, that the segregation in the education began. It is in the state of Topeka that a pupil of black 3rd year of primary school had to walk(work) 1mile on a railroad while there was a school much more near but she was not to accept because she(it) was black. His father brought this affair in justice to redefine the equality between the white and black people.

At the end of this affair, The supreme court pronounced in favour of the applicants and required(demanded) the desegregation of schools through America.
But this desegregation of schools did not remove the segregation in the other places. 15 years after this affair(business), there were always very few blacks who went to the same schools as the whites.
